Standard for FPSO or FSO facilities

I need some standards ( like API RP 2FPS, API RP 2RD, API RP 2SK ETC ) procedure , guideline for FPSO or FSO facilities . I need some more details/giudelines in below mentioned area in of FSO .

1.Layout design of FSO
2.Welding specification and relavent standard
3.Required heating & ventilation system and other facility reuiqrement
4.Pumping station and relavent standard
5.Piping MOC and relavant standard if any thing special to follow ...

If somebody kind enough provide , it would be most helpful to me.
