I am A Mechanical Engineer, I wanted to learn Caesar II Analysis, is there anyone who knows how to start learning or Books which are available to learn.

You don't need other than the three technical pdf guides comes with the software, and I think you can download them free from their website, plus the software is already available on-line in a forum for free if you want to go with, for me I prefer AutoPIPE than C2.

I think the best reference for learning Caesar II is it's help. It's usually recommended reading books about piping stress analysis such as "[M.W.Kellogg Company] Design of Piping Systems" for better conception of analysis methods, beside learning the software.
