I have a simple question: How can I get an offshore entry level job with no experience?

I am looking for an offshore job for several months now and every single add require experience in offshore field... I guess nobody is born with experience, so what can I do?

I have:
rig pass certificate
confined spaces certificate
H2S awarness certificate
Rigger serie 30 certification
