Hi,
I am working on a mature field with long production history. The field has good homogeneity, a very good permeability, natural water drive, gas cap drive and water injection. Oil is around 6 cp with around 50 initial GOR.
Wells are perforated at lower layers and as soon as are flooded the old perf is cemented and a higher interval is open.
The field was reasonable matched 7 years ago.
I took-over this project and I update observed data. I notice that simulated oil cumulative has a less bend shape than observed oil cumulative.
In other words simulator overestimate latest oil production.
It is required for me to do a fast global HM in order to test some prediction scenarios.
I tried until now to play with PV multiplier and Relative permeability.
I am successful in matching the end oil production while operate those changes but I am producing less cumulative than observed.
Any tips about what I can do to improve the global mach, before going well by well?
Thank you,
