Crude Glycerol Composition

Greetings everyone,

I'm having a little dilemma here... This is part of my plant design project for my undergraduate studies...

Given the following compositions:

Glycerol.............................22.9%
Methanol...........................10.9%
Water................................18.2%
Soap..................................26.2%
FAME.................................21.3%
(Fatty Acid Methyl Esters)
Glycerides............................1.2%
Ash......................................3%

Total..................................104.7%


I am supposed to do mass balance calculations with the given compositions (in wt%), but the overall percentage is more than 100%. So how do I go about this???
