why LOP doesn't exist in AWS D1.1

i need your help about criteria of visual inspection weld according to AWS D1.1
according table 6.1 in AWS D1.1 no criteria exist for LOP for welding inspection.
any body has any offer???

the paragraphs that I gave you mean that regardless of size it is an unacceptable discontinuity. you can also check para 4.9.1.1 (5)
you are not going to find exactly the wording "lack of penetration" in AWS D1.1

Has Tassoss states, you will not find the term "lack of penetration" but "inadequate joint penetration" or "inadequate penetration" for example.
If you search your pdf file for penetration or inadequate, I believe, you will find your answer.
In my expirience, this kind of discontinuities are always unacceptable, except when the Client accepts them.
