spreadsheet or software for fin tube motor cooler

Sorry for my poor English

I need your help on excel spreadsheet or information of software for motor cooler thermal rating.
I've tried aspen EDR but this type is not available. Its like air cool heat exchanger but different on its working principal

The idea is more like this :
Water used as cooler with tube finned. Inlet air was blown by fan and an output is a cooler air used to chill the motor.
If your tried to browse and type motor cooler, some picture will shows fin tube with box type.
