    Hi All,
do anyone know about sizing equations or software to avoid cavitation in control valves. our control valves are very noisy and vibration but I don't know how to prove it.

    Re: Cavitation in control valve

    Dear,

The equations are available in ISA standards as well as Control Valve Handbook published by Fisher, Masoneilan and other vendors.

Sizing softwares are normally available (for free) on the vendor website like Fisher Specification Manager, ValSpeQ by GE-Masoneilan etc.

You may also contact the vendor to provide you with its sizing software .

    Thanks,
