CO2 Sources

I am a new user of this forum, and a reservoir engineer in the United States. Currently we wish to start several new CO2 miscible EOR projects in West Texas, but current suppliers have no spare CO2 available for new projects. We are looking for new sources. Any ideas or prospects?

install a power generation plant and use its co2 for injection and use the produced gas or oil to fuel the generators.
