piping estimation handbook - does anyone have a pdf copy?

Im new to this forum.
i am a fire protections engineer and estimator, and was wondering if anyone has a PDF copy of a pipe estimating/manhours book or spreadsheet that I can utilise for estimating fire protection works within building projects as well as oil & gas projects.
any assistance on this matter will be greatly appreciated.
