pipesim installation

I am trying to install Pipesim 2007 but when i add licence file, it says that no active server has been found. I think it is not a license file because license file is with extension lic.dat. Please any body can provide me that file. I am really in need of this.

you need to configure the license file using flexlm

Please can u tell me the installation procedure, how to configure the license file.
I install as
1 run the setup.
2 Shulmberger license manager
3 add the license file.
which step is missin or needs to be added.
