I have been checking one old floatting roof storage tank for one of my customers, and I have seen that all the roof has several zones with deformations (depressions onto the plates), that may cause a problem whith the pluvial water accumulation (accumulation of rainwater on the roof).

My advice to the customer was that I recomend change all the roof, excluding the pontoons, but I don't know if there is any recommendation into the API 653 code for the flatness of the deck's plates.
