Probleme of high temperature in reboiler

Hi mates

following a finding of low circulation between the bottom of the column and the reboiler a series of tests have confirmed the phenomenon of increased Temperature abnormal side grille bottom reboiler and fast level up when load increase.
I think this is due to bad qualité of gasket (seal). Any other suggestions?
