please for advice for starting of smoke extraction system.

In some areas in a building there are installed sprinkler system, smoke extraction system and fire detection system. The question is when to start the smoke extraction system? on fire detection alarm? on sprinkler activation? or some time delay on sprinkler activation?

Also, I need standard en 12101-9, so anyone is asked for it.
