What version of hysys u use?.
i have this same error before.
a bit forget how to resolve it, but if im not forget.
i made new folder in, lets said C:\ProgramData\TEMP2
than in hysys simulation option -> file path than configure the file path to "C:\ProgramData\TEMP2"

What i think it helps you in recovery of previous auto saved simulation.
