Data sheet of odorizer package for LPG metering system

Dear Members,


1) Please share data sheet of odorizer package for LPG metering system.

2) How can flow duty / capacity of odorizer package be calculated during loading / transferring of LPG, If I have following data :

Flow rate of LPG = 120 USGPM
Odorizing fluid injection rate = 1 lb per 10,000 gallons

1) I have never once completed a datasheet for such a package. I just ask the vendors to do it for me. Get in contact with an odorizer vendor, tell them what type of oderant you want, the injection rate and how much oderant storage (e.g. 1 week/ 1 month / 6 months supply). They usually come as a complete skid-mounted package.

2) As follows:

LPG flow rate = 120 gpm
Oderant ratio = 1 lb/10,000 gal = 0.0001 lb/gal
Oderant rate = 120 gpm x 0.0001 lb/gal = 0.012 lb/min = 0.72 lb/h
