For my senior Design project, I've been tasked with analyzing the economic part of an offshore development of the coast of Angola. I am to develop three economic models and select the best based on cost and benefits. To be honest, I really don't know where to start and would really like some help from group members who have done this in the past . If there is any samples, links or software anyone can share with me, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for the help

First of all, could be a bit more specific? Senior design project? High school senior or Bachelor or Master level?
