importing seismic interpretations into petrel 2010

Good day fellows. Please I need help importing 3d seismic interpretation lines into petrel 2010. I am a newbie and trying to practice with the Gulfalks dataset. As i dont have a reference project, I cannot import from there. However I try to import files individually using several line formats including seisworks 3d interpretation,zmap +lines (ASCII) etc but all dont work. It says in manual to use seiswork horizon pick but this format is unavailable in the import dropdown. Please help.

import as general points with z values in time domain
convert imported file to horizon interpretation by right and select the option
