Question regarding Non-refillable canister/tank ?

Hello egpet community,


Our study involves to the refilling of non-refillable butane canister with LPG (propane and butane mixture), and we want some question to be answered. If we will just set aside the standards, why is it that canister is not refillable ? Why single used ? Any specific data regarding with this thought ?
