My brother, what NDT techniques do you want to apply?
For inservice pipeline, pressure and fluid content have very small effect maybe in some cases doesn't have effect at all.
But temperature can affect the result of inspection and in some case can broke your equipment. Why broke?
Because many inservice pipeline usually in hot temperature condition.
NDT techniques usually use for pipeline is UT (Conventional UT and LRUT), so we must use hot probe for hot pipeline.

Thanks for reply me FikYa but i was referening when i replace a new pipe of a system, so the question is What NDT can i use in case of new replacement of a piece of pipe? thats depends of what kind of service is because you have for example in API 570 Service 1 or 2 or 3 depends of the fluid systems or ASME 31.3 Fluid Type D or M or for Normal Service
