but I still can't generate machine ID, when I opened the machine ID.txt and found "Unable to create Machine ID. Error retrieving information. "
in video after intalled SPLM there is file vbvbvbvb.txt but not in mine
FYI, I installed in windows 8.1 64 bit

Please help me, how to install

I had a problem like this .make sure you have installed netframework 3.5 and/or netframework 4.0 AND visual c++ redistributable 2005 and/or visual basic c++ redistributable 2008

swith on ur wifi then u can create machine id . turnon wifi/bluetooth setting

@caca: you must have selected network or local dongle during installation, repair installation and select the third option i.e. SPLM.
