ASTM 815 grade S31803 chemical comosition

could you please check attached for ASTM 815 grade S31803 and advice me
what does the ellipsis(....) indicate to ,it means there is no CU% ,TI% 0% content or it means it is not specified in this standard document.

my issue i have a MTC material test certificate which contain some of Ti%,Cu%,AL% and V% content if this new product considered accept or not.
