As for me, I have prepared colorful notes, to visualized the concept of RBI pictorially for understanding the RBI tools clearly, it is a fun reading a pictorial book at the same time promote understanding ( my score was not good for RBI and 571, only ~83-85% for both). Wish you good luck and pass the exam.

The UT study materials have not been proven. The exam is due on September next month. I will update the status ASAP. (Hopefully I could pass!)

I took the exam this morning and afternoon sometime ago.....this is what I could say;

I have just came back from the exam center. Following is the impressions which I could summarized:
UT: 4 hour paper, it took me almost 3 hour and 50 minutes to submit the paper.
The 1st 15 questions is based on the sampled UT procedures in the reference booklet. Never be frighten by the complexity, the questions were ask almost on the acceptance criteria on various acceptance grades. read carefully everything should be easily answered.

Secondly, all UT equations, the K factor for beam spreads, the divergence equation, the Z, the velocity and density, the snell laws, the focusing R=F(n-1/n) were all given in the reference book, NO need to memorized.

Many (around 10 questions) were asked on the bond material UT. Please put some efforts in reading bond UT.

5 ~ 6 questions were asked on the echo dynamic as display on the CRT on immersion testing. the questions ask on which was which echoes?

Something funny about the question there are 2 sets of 100% duplicate questions. You could scored 2 ot floop 2!

Thirdly-----On calculation, not many calculation (less than 4?5?)...

Comment on VT:

90 questions 2 hours, took me 50 minutes to submit the paper. quite simple if you are looking for 100% right, reading on the ASNT book could easily answer almost all the questions. (Unlike UT)
