Gas Requirement for LNG Plant Commissioning

Hi all,

Did anyone in here do some calculation for gas requirement in LNG Plant Commissioning?
Could you please share me about the rule of thumb or the calculation if the LNG Plant capacity is about 0,15 MTPA, I need the calculation to estimate how much the feed gas will be flared/vented during the commissioning.

Thank you for the attached spreadsheet. It is really useful. By using your spreadsheet, we can calculate the flare size and other parameters required.
However, I still need to estimate the gas required during commissioning. I've already do some calculations by using gas purging approachment, but the mount of gas required still don't match if compared to the actual Plant start up. Perhaps you can give some suggestion about this.

In normal operation, the total inventory of release/vent through blow-down is the minimum gas flared. So calculate gas vent from all-points & sum it up.This what the normal flow for flare. However, during the emergency, the total volume will be flared. So in this case, the total containment (quantity of gas held).
In the .xl sheet, use flare calculation page, feed all values for flow rate.
