TVD Chart

Anyone knows how we can distinguish the TVD chart for : TVD AFE Plan and TVD Target Plan.
I would appreciate your explanation and information gents...

i think that TVD afe plan is the budgetary cost for the well. TVD Target Plan is the trajectory of how to reach the target. . share the document so that i could explain you better.
