Please can someone help me and tell me how to check of production history? how to smooth it?
how to make very disturbed rates reliable to introduce them into simulator or another software to make a forecast?
how to handle with long shut-in period and its impact in reservoir potential and disturbance of rates ?
what is probable origin of an inconsistent GOR (i.e GOR isn't equal to Rs even though Pr is above Pb)?

From a production technologist perspective, I would strongly advice that you don not try to smoothing your production data...rather analyse the technical consistency of the dataset and define...possible anomalies and their causes/solutn.
This might be the bases of better understanding of the well/reservoirs/facilities...and will strongly influence your optimized forecast case.
For gor measurement, the most common errors are due to metering. You should then determine your Pb/Rsi from your round knowledge of the reservoir (might be helpful not to impose pvt analysis results). Use your flowing pressures and temp. to guide your choice and together with the reservoir drive mechanism/completion strategy you can challenge reported production data and get periods in which you shouldn't waste your time historymatching...
