    Petrophysics/Formation Water Analysis

    1. Could anyone help me how to calculate the petrophysical parameters like a, m & n??
    2. What average values can we use for sandstones and Limestone??
    3. Anything to share regarding "Formation Water Analysis"??

    Thanks

    Hi, usaf.

    In unconsolidated/moderately consolidated sands: a = 0.62; m = 2.15
    In consolidated sandstones: a = 0.81; m= 2.0
    In carbonates (limestones and dolomites): a = 1.0; m = 2.0 to 2.3

    n = 2.0, if no accurate measurements on cores are available.

    Dear everyone;

    I want to know the reasons for low resistivity reservoirs and how to deal with such reservoirs??.

    Any one can help to find IP V.4.0 Cr@k.

    Regards
