Changes In 5th Edition of API 670

Dear Friends,
Can anybody throw some light on the changes incorporated in API 670 5th Edition from API-2000 4th edition. As the new edition is not easily available for download, the additions and amendments may be helpful. We are interested in APPENDIX J—ELECTRONIC OVERSPEED DETECTION SYSTEM CONSIDERATIONS changes particularly for new turbines where mechanical back-up protection is not there.
