Hysys 8.3 in Aspenone 8.3

aspen 8.3 is released as supplementaldvd-Aug2013-Eng, I have recompressed in one image file.
Only hysys is 8.3 and other modulars remais 8.3

In this version I do not seem to be longer able to model a pipe segment (license TR_PML_HYSYSPIPE not found). Anyone having the same problem, and how to solve it?
I did not have any issues with the 7.3....
