Licensed process Evaluation

Good afternoon,

I need any guidance to evaluate different technologies from licensors, such as Axens, Haldor Topsoe, UOP, KBR, and I don't really know how to compare the different process. For example the Gasoil processing unit may be an FCC or a Mild hydro-----ing process, The evaluation has to be equitative between the licensors. I'm thinking to do the evaluation by consumption indexes but the Hydrogen factor is not equivalent.

please perform economics analysis along with product yield from each technology.
Sevirity analysis
Hydrogen consumption per Bbl.
Cycle length.
Catalyst bed quinch analysis.
Catalyst cost.
flexibility in feed composition.
etc
