PVT Sim Installation

Dear All,

I down loaded PVT sim 20 from LAVTEAM website.
Instructions given for installation are
+ Unrar and install the application.
Open applied license file and replace
"this_host" with your computer name.
Start and configure FlexLM server with
the edited above license file+
I have done as above but it is giving error as
+ can not connect to the license server.The attempt to Connect to the CALLMD daemon was unsuccessful+
Experts here please help me
Mine is Vista OS
