What should be collapse pressure to be considered for design of HDPE liner pipe used for lining purspose inside CS pipeline or flowline. We believe it should be maximum of 1 bar (atm.p) but some specifications shown collapse pressure shall consider as 3.0 bar while design of liner. Is there any specific reason to consider collapse pressrue more than 1.0 bar?
