Hi Guys,
These are some tips for those that are working on hot weather environment to protect yourself from heat stress.
1. When possible, avoid working in hot areas and in full sun.
2. Take frequent breaks.
3. Use sun block with at least 15 SPF and re-apply every two hours.
4. Cover up with long-sleeve shirt and hat.
5. Increase fluid intake.
6. Avoid excessive caffeine.
7. Reduce activity when exposed to heat.
