    Pipe Flexibility Analysis

    Hi all,

I am currently performing a pipe flexibility analysis on a piping system designed for slurry applications. I have modeled the system in CAESAR II and discovered that my pump nozzle loads exceed the pump vendor allowables. I have inserted an expansion joint with control rods. This has helped reduce some of the nozzle loads but I am still not satisfying the allowable. The piping arrangement cannot be changed to introduce flexibility loops at this time. What are some of the tricks/tools that can be used to reduce vertical in-line pump nozzle loads?

    Thanks.

if you could attach the native file, I can give it a shot..

Additionally the isometric, pump allowables and pump drawing would be required
