I need some help about the implementation of a laboratory of reservoir engineering.

Please i would need help on how to determine the lead content of petrol. I intend to make use of atomic absorption spectroscopy(AAS). The problems im currently going through some difficulty obtaining Aliquat 336 from the whole west african region, without which the ASTM standard method would be rendered grossly in effective.
Please i would like a little assistance on a step by step how to proceed know without the Aliquat-336 reagent or an alternative approach to the aforementioned problem without forfieting the use of AAS.
