can we detect faults through production pressure data or by any other way(other than build up)

talk to your geophysicist. Big faults can be seen on seismic. normally small faults less than 20 ft cannot be seen on seismic, depending on the depth and seismic resolution. you can also check drilling reports to observe loss circulation/fluid loss, along with temperature logs.
