Need IEC 61400-21 and IEC 61727 Standards

This is my first post.

Can someone please post the following two standards:

1. IEC 61400- Part 21 - Measurement and assessment of power quality characteristics of grid connected wind turbines
2. IEC 61727 - Photovoltaic (PV) systems – Characteristics of the utility interface

I tried searching for them but the links posted are outdated (files removed). Your cooperation will be much appreciated.
