History matching using SimOpt in Eclipse

I am having some issues running my project in Gradient mode even though is was successfully run in the Evaluation mode. It is able to run to the end before its been aborted. I usually get message stating that "Simulation in error- summary information not read or incomplete. Check the simulation.PRT file for errors". after the run has been aborted. I have attached a picture of the box showing the above stated message.

I would like to know if I can get some suggestions to assist me work this thing out.

Hello All,

Just to explain further with regards to the posed question, below is the message recorded in the message window.

"Warning: Failed to read file H:\FWU\simulation cells\Coarse E\HISTORY_1.FHMD - does not exist
Info: Run process id 147864 failed. Failed to read all files."

Could anyone assist me how to deal with this problem.
