Battelle Institute Standard for Hot Tapping

The old editions of API 2201 “Procedures for Welding or Hot Tapping on Equipment in Service” was including such a paragraph for the recommended velocity of fluid (gas or liquid) in the pipeline during hot tapping to control overheating & cooling in weldments.
But in the newer editions, that paragraph was missed, and the API code ask the users to use such a standard of Battelle Institute “Investigation and Prediction of Cooling Rates During Pipeline Maintenance Welding and Battelle‘s Hot Tapp Thermal Analysis Mode”.
Can I get a copy of that standard of Battelle Institute.
