I'm an Metallurgycal and Material Engineer who is experienced on petroleum analysis and managing shore ,off shore tanker operations like draft surveys,on hire, off hire surveys, repair operations,, 8 years of prof. practice on ASTM, IP, ISO, SMS (shell method series) and many standards able to give education to laboratory stuff and setup new laboratory test methods
