Request: cooling load calculations

i need a spreadsheet or the methodology for cooling load calculation as well as heat load calculation for calculating the tonnage of a/c required.

Hello,
As per my knowledge, the formula for calculating AC load= Length(mtrs) x Width(mtrs) x 173.66 (units: Watts of Refrigeration), you can convert this into kcal/hr and then Tonn of Refrigereation.

For kitchen you can consider 2000 watt of refrigeration.
