Has anyone used a fluke handheld oscilloscope to measure AC ripple?
I have an issue with a PLC that keeps losing its processor. I'm suspecting some power or grounding issues. I'm just wondering which Fluke handheld meter would be the best to measure and monitor AC ripple.
