Astm d6580

Hi dear Friends
one of paint producer data sheet shows that volume content of zinc in ethyl silicate contains only 47% zinc, therefore we asked to
check a sample for checking zinc content in Dry film based on ASTM D6580.
I will be so appreciated for uploading this standard. Also if anyone has any advice about this test beyond mentioned provisions in this standard
it will be so helpful.

I searched my source again and find ASTM D6580 that uploaded here, now i want to know that if
there is any precedence for testing based on ASTM D521 and D6580 and why ?
