ASME Standand

A few days ago I downloaded a package of internet ASME / ANSI, it contained all the rules referemente flow measurement, its size was 1 Gb, when I downloaded it worked normally, but after a while I opened the file she reported that the pdf file had expired. Anyone have these files working, please.
