We are commissioning a new facility with M60 meters and haveing lots of difficulty in finding a company that will bring a proving vessel to Southern Iraq. The meters are new, but need to be integrated with a TopTech SMP flow control unit, and claval HP automatic control valves.

We have a master meter but I am not convinced that this is sufficient.
