Even the original software can have troubles working on Win 7 64b, because of HASP drivers.
So first you have to install it on Win 32b (XP or 7) (and note that you can emulate win7 32b under 64b) just to be sure everything is correct installed as Coade/ Intergraph wants.
After that you have to have the original USB dongle or emulator for it- the last one working on 32b.
