What is the inference if the value of Anchorage ratio J is negative according to API 650. Does it mean that no anchorage is required for the tank. The value of J depends on wa which in turn depends on ta which if increased increases wa and the denominator changes sign and the value of anchorage ratio becomes positive and greater than 1.54.
I am unclear about what is to be inferred.
