Tools menu In Aspen HYSYS 8.0

Dear All,
I have recently installed ASPEN HYSYS 8.0 and I cananot find the Tools menu/bar,that contains Utilities e.t.c.Can any one help?????

I have the same problem, I am trying to find the options Tools===>Preferences====>Resources, and in this also mean trying to find the options in the tabs such like: Simulation, variables, reports, files, Resources, extensions, Oil Input, Tray sizing and Property Stream,
I know this options can be found extactly like the V7.2, because few days ago I found this option by accident in the new V8.3, but now I can not find it anymore, PLEASE could anyone of you experts can help me to find it???
