Can someone explain how to calculated thickness of vacuum piping, or proof this thickness resist for vacuum.

Apply ASME B31.3 §304.1.3, which refers to ASME Sect. VIII Div 1 UG-28, and you should be fine, if your piping is to ASME B31.3.
However you haven't mentioned your design code, so far piping to EN 13480 it would be different ...
