I am trying to simulate distillation column to separate for the components listed at below:

hydrogen chloride 70 kmol/h
propylene 400 kmol/h
palladium chloride 80 kmol/h
benzonitrile 400 kmol/h
allyl chloride 80 kmol/h
NMP 400 kmol/h

I am trying to separate out the hydrogen chloride and propylene from the mixture using distillation but the distillation is not working when all this components are inside. The distillation only can success when only without palladium chloride or without benzonitrile and NMP.

I am suspecting it is due to palladium chloride is solid in nature.

Any suggestion that how do I solve my problem? Thank you.
